All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Digital Merchandise: For digital merchandise, products will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of purchase. A link to download the digital product will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.

US Domestic Shipments:

• Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days. Applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders totaling $75 or more. The free shipping threshold is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.

International Shipments:

• Carriers: We use DHL and USPS for international shipments.
• Standard International Shipping (USPS): 10-15 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
• Expedited International Shipping (DHL): 5-7 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Please note that for international orders, shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
